Strong muscles are vital to help with everyday activities and maintaining independence.

Incorporating strength exercises into your weekly routine is really important at any age, but most definitely if you are aged 35 + when we start to naturally lose muscle.

Resistance bands are a simple but effective piece of equipment that allow you to progressively increase the load and repetitions of each exercise to improve your strength and turn back the clock on ageing.

We use these intermediate bands to perform a variety of exercises toning and strengthening key muscles adding an additional dimension to your workout.

Stretch, tone and strengthen your abs, arms, legs and back and slim your thighs and glutes.

Beginner’s bands (offering less resistance) are also available on request.
