Welcome to SlimFit Coach!

Kirsty is a dynamic and enthusiastic fitness instructor and holistic coach who is here to lead you and motivate you to smash your fitness goals. Having recently relocated from Berkshire to Dorset, Kirsty now offers in person community fitness classes in Christchurch in addition to her online memberships and courses.

Community classes are held in Christchurch, Dorset (and the surrounding area). Kirsty offers 3 types of class – Fitness Fusion, Strength & Flex and Fitness Pilates

 

SlimFit On Demand classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. Choose from a variety of Fitness Pilates, BodyFit, Cardio Mix and Express workouts. Also included, a healthy eating plan, monthly recipes, and regular health and wellness tips. There’s the option of 1:1 coaching available to give you additional support and accountability.

In addition to a fun packed rolling on demand class timetable, Kirsty also provides a Lift Lean programme – a female focussed time efficient online strength and resistance training programme including tips on nutrition and healthy habits, for women who are peri-menopausal, menopausal and beyond.

“Nearly 3 years ago I had a full knee replacement …. squats (all kinds) with or without weights has made a huge improvement to my leg muscles. I would say apart from the fact I cannot kneel or jump (normal with knee replacements) my knee is back to near normal. A bonus is the improvement in the arm strength. Now I just need to keep it up, which should be easy as I am enjoying the workouts. I don’t weigh myself regularly, but I have lost about 1/2 stone. I have lost inches as I can tell with my clothes. ”At 54 I was walking daily and I had a fairly active part time job which didn’t leave me with much time or energy for anything else. I knew I needed to up my exercise but found myself always making excuses not to because it was just too much effort to get in the car and go do it!

When I discovered Slimfit Coach’s Lift Lean programme online I was excited as it looked perfect for my needs but I was also a bit sceptical… will a short 20 min workout 5 times a week in the comfort of my own home actually make a difference?

Well ….. I can honestly say yes, it has! Over time I’ve found I have more energy and less aches and pains. I’ve also noticed improvements in both my posture and my balance and when I’m exercising I’m also making better food choices.
