Our resistance workouts will get your heart rate up and improve body shape, improve self-esteem & mood, increase bone density & help prevent osteoporosis, help lift brain fog and more.

If you only have 20-25 minutes a day to work out and are aged 40+ then these are the workouts that will give you ‘more bang for your buck’  and really make a difference

This course is delivered in a private Facebook Group, with daily 20-25 mins workouts – live at 8am every morning Monday to Friday (recorded for access 24/7 at a time that suits you) – along with ‘menopause and beyond’ nutritional and wellbeing information relevant to this age and stage of life from peri-menopause onwards.

All workouts are recorded with full access for 12 days (5 days of live workouts Monday to Friday PLUS a bonus 7 days after the programme ends for you to catch up, repeat, revisit as often as you wish).
