Kirsty and Gemma invite you to join them for a Winter Wellness Retreat to pause, reflect and re-energise. Coming to our retreat is your opportunity to step away from your day to day, to unplug, be fully present and create a space to be both seen and heard (by yourself and others).

This retreat will allow you to take a pause at the start of the new year, to reflect and reset, taking time out for you to feel calmer, relax, enjoy mindful movement and focus on what really matters to you.

Come away with tools you can use to help you feel calmer, manage stress, and feel more resilient when juggling the demands of everyday life.

Our plan for the Saturday at our venue in Christchurch, Dorset (10am to 5.30pm):

  • Mindset Workshop 1 – Are you constantly dancing to someone else’s tune?
  • Mindset Workshop 2 – Compete and Compare
  • Creative Workshop 1 – Making journalling work for you
  • Creative Workshop 2 - Creating a Vision Board
  • Mindful Movement – Pilates Flow and Stretch
  • Sound and Meditation – Simple guided meditations (recordings for you to take away) followed by a candlelit relaxing soundbath

Teas and coffee will be provided including tasty treats. Bring your own nut-free lunch. Plenty of eateries available to purchase lunch on Christchurch High Street, a 5 minute walk from the venue.

Our plan for the Sunday in Christchurch, Dorset (10am to 1pm):

  • Coastal walk and reflection in nature
  • Option to spend the afternoon exploring the local area before you head home

Price per person £75 (excluding accommodation and food)

We’d love you to make a girly weekend of it with your friends. Why not consider staying overnight at one of the budget hotels or B&B establishments in Christchurch?

We won’t be going hungry either – we'll also be organising a group meal out for the Saturday evening if you wish to join us.

And finally, here’s the small print. Cancellation policy: Up to 2 weeks prior to the event, 50% payment will be refunded. If less than 2 weeks, we are sorry but no refund will be given. Tickets not available for re-sale and non-transferable Over 16s only.

I enjoyed setting intentions. I felt energised to plan both an outline and in some detail my personal goals. A very enjoyable day with friendly, like-minded people. The presentations were very informative and interesting, clearly delivered with great passion. I felt very positive about my vision mapping and really keen to get to the nitty gritty of making it work. Thank you so much. I’d love a meditation session (next time).

A wonderful way to relax, Gemma is brilliant and makes you feel instantly comfortable. The sound bath was like nothing I’ve ever experienced, a truly magical restorative way to unwind.

I participated in one of Gemma’s travelling sound baths as part of a workshop I was attending. I had never experienced a Sound bath before. I found it very relaxing and it allowed my mind to switch off. I have tried meditation in the past to help soothe my mind with varying degrees of success but found the sound helped to keep me focused.
