“It gives an enormous ‘feel good’ factor”

Lift Lean is completely different from anything I’ve done before. I almost didn’t sign up but I’m so glad I did! I’ve now found a new kind of motivation. My body has been challenged differently and I’ve seen the results with toned arms and increased leg and shoulder strength, as well as improved flexibility.

It gives an enormous ‘feel good factor’ and is easily manageable, all done and dusted in 30 minutes or less. The online facility is brilliant. I love being able to exercise at home, be relaxed in my own environment, and shower straight after! The variety of menus for nutrition are really good too.

Kirsty gives 100% to every aspect of our wellbeing. It’s not only the physical aspects but the mental approach too – I’m doing something really positive for myself.

It means I can be proactive even if there’s nothing I can do about the advancing years.

I was looking to join a gym but didn’t have the confidence to go. By doing this my overall fitness, strength and suppleness has improved so much. It’s given me a new diet/fitness focus which in turn has helped me with my weight loss and I don’t have cravings for snacks. The classes are perfect for me and leave me energised for the rest of the day.

“I cancelled my gym membership during lockdown and started yoga online. I felt very good but I needed to challenge myself and was introduced to Lift Lean by my friend Karen. I gave it a go and I loved it.

I enjoyed attending your Slimfit classes in Wokingham but due to change of job I could no longer get to the venue and have really missed them.  Since then I have moved out of the Berkshire area so I was delighted to learn you were going online so I could re-join and attend regularly.  

Online gives perfect flexibility to enable me to regularly attend either live or catching up at a later time depending on my work schedule. 

I am particularly attracted to your classes because they are targeted at, and sympathetic to, people at my stage of life (menopause).  The variety of each session is motivating as are your posts and recipe ideas.

“It’s addictive!”

Lift Lean has changed how I exercise and eat. The nutrition plans provided are easy to follow and quick to prepare meals. There hasn’t been one meal that my husband has moaned about eating!

It feels achievable and something I can commit to. I’ve been able to fit my online sessions in each morning around work commitments and with sessions at home, exercise has become accessible in a way it hasn’t before. Having a variety of sessions I can dip into has been great. I have more energy and am sleeping past 530am, another first for several years. It’s addictive but in a really healthy way!

Definitely felt I have used lots of muscles and correcting my posture which in time I’m sure will benefit my fitness overall and my back issues, although I have not suffered with back ache this week I’m pleased to say.

“There is an overall positive feeling”

It’s been a new way of exercising for me. I wasn’t really doing much apart from walking. Now I have noticed areas of my body being more toned. I also feel stronger in my core and have better posture. There is an overall positive feeling of better fitness and stamina. I feel invigorated and have a sense of achievement. It’s the best start to the day. Sleep is also better and I have less cravings for the red light foods. The recipes are a real bonus and help to provide the right nutritional balance in order to achieve ultimate success.
