Health is my passion and I want people to have a choice to look after their fitness, health and well-being from anywhere in the world and at a time that suits you.

Jump on board and join me for regular exercise and health tips that can be accessed from the comfort of your own home. It’s fully portable so you can even take me on holiday with you!

For anyone who is thinking that online classes are like having an exercise DVD in your cupboard, then think again…!

There’s a rolling fortnightly timetable with a wide variety of classes for you to choose from. You still get all the encouragement from me, your instructor, so it’s just like being in a face to face class but you don’t need to leave the house!

You won’t need to pop your coat on nor get in the car but I would highly recommend a sports bra and trainers at the very least!

There are so many benefits of working out at home:

  • No driving to class
  • No need to stick to a rigid class timetable
  • No-one need feel self-conscious about what they are wearing or how they are moving
  • Accessible 24/7
  • Repeat your favourite workouts time and again
  • In the shower in minutes
  • Press ‘pause’ and grab a breather and a drink of water whenever you need to
  • Never stuck for childcare

Plus ….. to get organised for working out at home, you will only need a small amount of kit:

  • A bottle or large glass of drinking water
  • Dumbbells or 2 x 75cl bottles of water (if exercise requires)
  • Resistance bands or a thick pair of tights (if exercise requires)
  • Space to exercise
  • A mat or largish towel for any floorwork we might do

Each week you’ll get access to a variety of workouts on a rolling weekly timetable including Fitness Pilates, Cardio Mix, BodyFit and Express Workouts.

There’s no minimum tie-in period for our SlimFit On Demand membership.

Your monthly membership is £25 per month giving you access to a variety of multilevel fitness and Mind Body classes PLUS healthy tips and nutrition advice with monthly recipe packs for you to download to help you eliminate food fatigue for good.
