It really doesn’t matter if you have two left feet and no co-ordination, I’m never going to shout you out for going the wrong way or having the wrong arm up !!
(Believe me I go wrong from time to time!)
In addition to our Online Memberships and Courses, I am delighted to be running Face to Face community fitness classes in the Christchurch, Dorset area.

Having recently re-located to Dorset after running community fitness classes in Berkshire for 17 years, I’m looking for all of the above too!

What is Fitness Fusion?
Fitness Fusion is a blend of freestyle cardio fitness, body conditioning and low impact HiiT. Offering variety from week to week these classes include:
Retro Aerobics – who doesn’t love a grapevine? Think Jane Fonda – leotards optional!
BoxFit – shadow boxing (no gloves or pads)
Country – can I hear a ‘yeehaw’?
Disco – discover the inner diva!
HiiT/cardio circuits
What is Strength & Flex?
Strength & Flex combines the strength and resistance elements of our very popular online Lift Lean programme together with Fitness Pilates. We will use resistance bands, bender balls and hand weights, as well as simple bodyweight.

With its roots firmly in traditional Pilates, Fitness Pilates is the perfect blend of mind and body exercise. It’s designed for group fitness classes, delivering the essence of Pilates in a modern and dynamic style.

All of these classes are a combination of standing and mat based exercise with options/adaptations offered dependent on fitness and mobility. Do not be put off if you do not wish, or find it a struggle, to get on and off the floor. We can provide credible alternatives either standing or chair based.
